About the role: We are seeking a Medical Scientist in Charge to lead the effective operation of the QEII Network Haematology Flow Cytometry Laboratory, applying contemporary management practices to meet quality standards and the needs of a diverse client base.
This role provides leadership to foster a client-focused laboratory environment, ensuring services are delivered in line with best practice standards. It also serves as the key point of contact for expert scientific advice, education, and specialist consultancy in Flow Cytometry, supporting paediatric (PCH), tertiary teaching hospitals (SCGH and KEMH), general and specialist hospitals, as well as external referrers of diagnostic haematology samples.
