Full job description

Are you passionate about shaping the strategic direction of companies and driving innovative solutions? Due to continued growth within our independent quality management consulting company, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Management Consultant – Quality Management, to join our team on a full time basis in our Sydney office.

As Senior Management Consultant – Quality Management, you will be a pivotal member of our company’s client-facing team, providing independent and objective management consultancy to client organisations. You will research and analyse each client’s needs, identify and assess organisational problems, and make recommendations based on their specific business and organisational circumstances, while at the same time building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Your role will be to understand their needs, and act as a liaison between the client and our internal teams. You will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction, establishing the MadePartners brand, and identifying opportunities for the client’s long-term growth.

Alongside client engagements, you will advise MADEPARTNERS on its own systems, processes and procedures – reviewing our standard operating procedures and recommending revisions where documented process no longer reflects how the business operates, identifying gaps in our governance and advising on the procedures needed to close them, analysing how the business measures and reports its performance, and assessing adjacent industries and service lines to advise management on where the firm should diversify.

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
