Description:
About the Role

Eastern Guruma is seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe and sanitary environments across indoor and outdoor service areas, including offices, client sites and remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with site cleaning standards and run sheets
Vacuum, mop, dust, and maintain facilities to a high standard
Empty waste bins, including sanitary and cigarette disposal units
Re-stock and maintain facility supplies
Conduct hazard assessments and follow all safety procedures (Take-5, JHA, etc.)
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and biohazardous waste
Maintain cleaning equipment and report faults or incidents
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Work collaboratively across multiple sites as required

Skills and Experiences:
Requirements

PR/ Australian Citizenship is mandatory
Valid Driver's Licence (full and unrestricted)
Previous cleaning experience
National Police Clearance
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a medical and other required checks
