Medical clinic assistant and office maintenance role in South Yarra starting in November, with training provided on the job.

We are a reputable, busy, medical clinic dealing with sports injury and musculoskeletal medicine in the South Yarra locality. We are seeking a clinic assistant to join our dynamic practice. The role is approximately 15-25 hours a week, weekdays only, no weekends or after-hours required. Availability on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays between 10/11am-6pm is required.

In this role you will be required to assist the doctor and office manager in the day to day operations of the clinic and in keeping the clinic clean. Duties will involve assisting the clinic director (doctor) in consultations and providing additional personal assistance to the clinic director. Additional duties will also include maintenance of a clean and sanitised office environment, assisting at reception in answering incoming calls, handling and communicating forward new enquiries, billing, tracking office inventory and other ad hoc administration.

Full training is provided. This role is ideally for students seeking casual work in a professional setting.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
