About You:
We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:

  • Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation

  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively

  • Experience with Resident Contracts and liaising with Accounts Payable teams

  • Managing a Reception area including high-volume calls and emails as well as in-person enquiries

  • Resilience and ability to manage complaints and problem-solve

  • Above average computer literacy, in particular Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
