Medical Receptionist Contract jobs

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Medical Receptionist to join the Bayside region reception team, this will include clinics such as Hampton, Mentone, Moorabbin, Clayton, Glen Waverley and Mount Waverley. This part-time role is available as a fixed-term contract for 12 months , working every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with shifts between the hours of 7:00am and 9:00pm

What will you be doing?

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Handle patient enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Maintain organized patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous medical receptionist experience (highly desirable but not essential)
• Customer service/Administration Experience
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and develop
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
