About You


You will bring your desire to learn and willingness to change and adapt. This is a challenging role which requires an ongoing commitment to learning throughout your career with us.

You will use your exceptional customer service skills to provide a patient centred service to our patients, referrers and other stakeholders. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to liaise with all kinds of stakeholders. You will have the ability to multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail.


About the Role


This role offers variety, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:30AM and 5PM, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional team. Rosters will be completed 4 weeks in advance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage patient bookings via phone (inbound & outbound)
  • Deliver outstanding patient care & service
  • Support referrers and medical professionals with queries
  • Handle admin, results, billing & reception tasks
  • Work flexibly across call centre and reception shifts


Comprehensive Training to Kickstart Your Career


You will be required to travel to our Hampstead Gardens training centre for the first five weeks of your employment to undertake our comprehensive training program.

You must be available to commence on 17 August 2026 for training
