Medical Receptionist – Busy City Medical Practice
casual | 15+ Hours Per Week

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our busy city medical practice. This is a casual position with a minimum of 15 hours per week, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends
  • Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft would be ideal but not essential
  • Reception or customer service experience preferred, but not essential – training will be provided
  • Preference given to non-students due to variable availability needs
  • CPR certificate is required
