Receptionist – Cheltenham Manor (Part-Time)

This is a fabulous opportunity to join the team at Medical & Aged Care Group, where we are leading the industry in raising the quality of living for elderly residents in care.

We are currently looking for a reliable, people-focused Receptionist to join our friendly team at Cheltenham Manor on a permanent part-time basis, working Monday to Thursday.

What does your new role look like?

  • Greet and sign in residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Support resident admissions, discharges, and orientations
  • Coordinate bookings including hairdressing and the Private Dining Room
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general correspondence
  • Provide administrative support — data entry, invoicing, archiving, preparing tour packs, and assisting the Home Manager as required
  • Liaise with Kitchen, Laundry, and Care teams on day to day administrative requests
  • Carry out small tasks that make a real difference to residents, such as weekly flower distribution

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years' experience in reception or administration
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently, particularly across weekend shifts
  • Experience in aged care is welcome but not essential
  • Current police check (required)
  • Working rights (required)
