Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team on Casual ongoing basis.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
  • Coordinating the daily appointment schedule
  • Processing payments and handling patient accounts
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Assisting the clinical team with administrative duties
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

About You:

  • Previous reception experience .(minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using computer-based appointment and practice management systems
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
