The Role Includes:

• Bookings, Billings, Appointment Management
• Scanning, Faxing and Phone Management
• Assisting the Clinicians and Nurses with coordinating patient requirements.
• Medicare, Workcover, TAC Billing
• Maintaining a welcoming, patient focused reception.

You are an experienced Medical Receptionist looking for a new challenge. You are are enthusiastic and compassionate about supporting patients and their families. You’re confident and comfortable working autonomously yet simultaneously as part of this amazing team.
