Job description

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic full time Dental Front Desk Staff to join our amazing team of Dentists.

Knowledge of Dental Nursing is desirable but not necessary. Hours are 8.45am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Dental Front Desk Admin Role.
Knowledge of Carestack software (desirable)

Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Exceptional communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated resilience in high- pressure situations.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Positive mindset with a desire to continue learning and growing.

Responsibilities

Welcoming patients

Customer service and patient communication

Appointment scheduling over the phone.

Email correspondence

Private insurance claims

Medicare claims through hicaps machine or PRODA

Treatment plan follow-ups

Ordering/ organising stock

Dental assistant duties.
