We are currently seeking a Wellbeing Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to combine reception and administration responsibilities with resident engagement and wellbeing initiatives, making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.

Your New Role


As the Wellbeing Receptionist , you will be the welcoming face of our retirement village and the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and service providers. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the community while contributing to resident wellbeing and engagement programs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Providing warm, professional reception and customer service
  • Managing telephone, email, and visitor enquiries
  • Performing a range of administrative and office support duties
  • Maintaining resident records and documentation
  • Coordinating bookings, appointments, and community centre activities
  • Assisting with the organisation of social groups, walking groups, day trips, outings, and special events
  • Supporting resident communications and community programs
  • Working closely with village staff to create an engaging and welcoming community environment
  • Providing general support to residents, visitors, and contractors

About You


You are a caring, organised, and customer-focused professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships and supporting older adults to live well within their community.


You'll Bring


  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong IT literacy and confidence using a range of software systems and technology
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A proactive, friendly, and compassionate approach to customer service
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Full working rights within Australia.
  • Fully vaccinated for 2026 Influenza and COVID-19 (1 dose)
  • A current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain
