Join our Southern Specialist Centre clinic as a Full Time Medical Receptionist and be the friendly face that welcomes every patient through our doors. Based in the southern regions of Adelaide, you will play a vital role in creating positive patient experiences while supporting our team in offering a range of medical imaging services.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings, and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient. Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role.


This is a multi-site role, primarily based at the Southern Specialist Centre and Seaford locations. To ensure continuity of patient care, you may also be required to work across our other clinic locations from time to time.


About You

  • Flexibility to work primarily across the Southern Specialist Centre and Seaford, and other clinic locations at times to provide shift coverage.
  • Friendly, professional and genuinely passionate about patient care.
  • Experienced in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communicator who can multitask, stay organised and handle a busy environment with ease.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
  • Confident with computers and administrative systems; knowledge of medical imaging technology is a bonus.
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive patient information.
  • Resilient and composed under pressure, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
