About You

You will use your exceptional customer service skills to provide a patient centred service to our patients, referrers and other stakeholders. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to liaise with all kinds of stakeholders. You will have the ability to multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail.

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for 2 full-time roles (1 permanent and one 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend/move to permanent).

This role offers variety, with shifts across our Hospital and Private clinic typically scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:00AM and 5:30PM, with late shifts (11:00AM to 7:30PM) also scheduled on Monday and Thursday, which are shared amongst the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional team. Rosters will be completed 4 weeks in advance.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage patient bookings via phone (inbound & outbound)
• Deliver outstanding patient care & service
• Support referrers and medical professionals with queries
• Handle admin, results, billing & reception tasks
• Work flexibly across call centre and reception shifts
