RECOVR is a Sydney-based mobile IV wellness service preparing for launch. We are looking for an experienced clinician to join the business in a senior leadership role and take responsibility for the clinical oversight of the service.

The role will oversee how care is delivered across RECOVR, including management and support of our telehealth Nurse Practitioners and mobile Registered Nurses. You will review and maintain our SOPs, treatment pathways, clinical documentation, staff onboarding, training standards, incident processes and pharmacy coordination, while helping the founders make practical decisions as the service develops.

We require someone senior enough to manage and support those clinicians, set expectations across the clinical team and ensure the service operates consistently from the first client enquiry through to treatment and follow-up.

We have already mapped the intended client journey and operating process. The successful candidate will review what we have prepared, improve it where required and translate their experience into a structure that works in a real mobile environment. You will remain involved as an ongoing point of clinical leadership for the founders, prescribers and nursing team.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience within mobile IV therapy, private infusion services or a closely related area such as Hospital in the Home, day infusion, urgent care, integrative medicine or cosmetic medicine. Previous experience as a Medical Director, Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead, practice owner or senior clinician responsible for staff and service standards would be highly regarded.

This is an opportunity to join RECOVR before launch and have a genuine influence over how the clinical side of the business is run. The role is flexible and designed to sit alongside the successful candidate’s existing clinical or professional commitments.

Pay: $122.00 – $250.00 per hour
