CBRE is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our Private Wealth team in Melbourne on a 3-month temporary assignment. This is a part-time opportunity working 3 days per week and is available for an immediate start.
Supporting a national brokerage business, this role is responsible for coordinating finance and transaction-related activities, ensuring trust, commission and operational processes are completed accurately, compliantly and on time.
This opportunity will suit a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
The Opportunity
Working closely with brokerage, operations, finance and agency trust teams, you'll play a critical role in supporting property transactions from commencement through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting agency trust processes, including deposits, settlements and trust releases
Coordinating transaction administration and ensuring deal documentation is complete and compliant
Preparing commission calculations and commission invoices
Reconciling marketing expenditure and approved budgets
Processing accounts payable transactions as required
Maintaining accurate records across finance and CRM systems
Liaising with brokers, operations, finance and agency trust stakeholders nationally
Assisting with post-deal activities, financial close-out processes and record maintenance
About You
Previous experience in finance administration, operations support or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
Experience working with financial processes, invoicing or accounts administration
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work
Experience within commercial real estate, professional services or agency trust environments will be highly regarded, as will exposure to systems such as PeopleSoft, TM1, Finishline, MyBuy or PropertyBase.
