Your key responsibilities:
Contribute to a positive team culture that seeks to deliver a high-functioning ART regulatory, licensing and compliance scheme.
Record, process, and review licence and other applications and event notifications received from ART providers in an environment of tight deadlines and competing demands.
Provide administrative and operational support, including assisting in preparation of internal documents to assist decision making and for executive briefings.
Maintain key governance and operational resources, including internal and external policies, guidance, registers, and website content, ensuring the content is accurate, up-to-date and meets legislative requirements.

Role fit

The essential requirements for this role are:
Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of ARTU's licensing, regulatory, and approval functions, systems, practices and legislative requirements.
Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills and a good attention to detail and ability to prepare correspondence, reports, website content, guidance documents, submissions, briefs, assessments and ministerial correspondence.
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering high level timely administrative and operational support including the ability to be flexible, quickly prioritise and adapt to changing demands.
Ability to work autonomously, combined with a good understanding of when to seek advice before making a decision or taking action and when to escalate issues.
