Salary: Level 6, $124,673 - $137,399 pa + Super - PSCSAA 2024

The Opportunity
The Disability Division develops and delivers policy, programs and services that enhance the inclusion and participation of people with disability in communities across Western Australia.

The Division works across portfolios and in partnership with key stakeholders locally and nationally to deliver the best outcomes for Western Australians living with disability, their families and carers.

As a Senior Ministerial and Parliamentary Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and coordinate ministerial and parliamentary materials (briefing notes, correspondence, Q&As) with relevant stakeholders;
  • Manage ministerial liaison processes, including tracking documents and ensuring deadlines are met;
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and support high-quality, performance-focused advice;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver clear, timely advice on complex and sensitive issues;
  • Maintain strong awareness of organisational activities to inform accurate and relevant outputs.
