Hybrid Admin & Recruiter (Fundraising Marketing)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Hybrid Admin & Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundraising industry and enjoys both recruitment and administration.
About the Role
You will play a key role in keeping our recruitment and day-to-day operations running smoothly. From sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees and supporting the management team, you will help build and maintain a high-performing fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Source, screen and interview candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct onboarding for new employees.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Handle complaints professionally and confidentially.
- Communicate with employees and clients.
- Book flights, accommodation and work travel.
- Maintain documentation and company databases.
- Process sales and prepare reports.
- Use Excel, Google Workspace and Dropbox daily.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a face-to-face fundraiser OR in recruitment for a face-to-face fundraising/marketing company is essential.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and Dropbox.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
