Hybrid Admin & Recruiter (Fundraising Marketing)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Hybrid Admin & Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundraising industry and enjoys both recruitment and administration.

About the Role

You will play a key role in keeping our recruitment and day-to-day operations running smoothly. From sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees and supporting the management team, you will help build and maintain a high-performing fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Handle complaints professionally and confidentially.
  • Communicate with employees and clients.
  • Book flights, accommodation and work travel.
  • Maintain documentation and company databases.
  • Process sales and prepare reports.
  • Use Excel, Google Workspace and Dropbox daily.
  • Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a face-to-face fundraiser OR in recruitment for a face-to-face fundraising/marketing company is essential.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and Dropbox.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
