Full job description

An exciting opportunity to join our highly supportive and friendly administration team !

As a dedicated member of our administration team, you will have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills - both face-to-face and on the telephone.
  • Positive attitude and team culture with exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use a clinical software and emails.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Arrive patients, answer phone calls and respond to emails to manage day to day workflow, including appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
  • Provide Administrative support to patients, practitioners and other administration staff.
  • Processing payments.
  • Cleaning/housekeeping duties.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

If you are flexible and ready to work a variety of shifts Mon - Fri 9 AM - 7 PM and Saturday

9 AM - 12 PM - morning, afternoon and closing shift, we want to hear from you!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
