Whether you are an experienced mixologist, or have worked in a fine dining restaurant, we are looking for experienced Front of House team members to deliver our Premium Space offers across the AO Precinct in the following roles:

• Bar Attendant
• Mixologist
• Food & Beverage Attendants
• Suite/Box Waiting Staff
• Restaurant Food Runners
• Restaurant Section Waiters

The Position

• Provide warm, attentive and personalised service throughout sessions, that elevates the guest experience
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide informed recommendations to guests
• Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain premium standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
• Collaborate closely with your team to deliver seamless food & beverage service
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and confident demeanour
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions (as required by role)
• Follow RSA guidelines and food safety standards at all times

The Person:

• Proven experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a premium or VIP setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Thrive in busy, high-end environments and understand premium guest expectations, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules and can commit to at least 10 days of the main draw tournament period.
• Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (this must be a Victorian RSA, or you must have a bridging course certificate).
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays or other items as needed.
