Who are we looking for?

We are seeking team members to join Sharetea Northland. A typical day in the life of a Sharetea team member will include:

• Serving customers and providing a memorable customer experience – we want your personality to shine through
• Making our world renown drinks – with pride and passion
• Taking pride in your surroundings – keeping things clean, tidy and ready to welcome our guests
• Preparation is key – our ingredients are prepared fresh and are of the highest quality! You’ll need to be prepared to regularly brew tea, cook our signature toppings and of course make sure they all meet the highest standards
• Cleanliness is next to….everything – we are committed to excellence. This includes our commitment to food safety, so everyday cleaning is a must do

What’s your story?

• Experience preferred – if you have a customer service mindset, are confident, a great communicator and can demonstrate your love of bubble tea, we want to hear from you!
• You’ll be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
