We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of office tasks, data entry, and customer relations, ensuring smooth daily operations:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
  • Supporting customer relations and inquiries
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
