Administration Assistant – Residential Building

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Administration Assistant to support a Residential Building Consultant in a busy home building business.

This role involves supporting clients from initial enquiry through to contract stage and helping ensure a smooth and well-organised building process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update client records and project progress
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their home build
  • Respond to client and internal emails and calls in a timely manner
  • Assist with preparing quotes and processing new enquiries
  • Follow up with clients to ensure information is received on time
  • Organise and maintain client files and documentation
  • Support the preparation and progression of building contracts
  • Assist with general administration tasks to keep projects moving smoothly

About You:

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and following up information
  • Experience in administration or customer service preferred
  • Experience in construction or building industry is an advantage (but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded but not essential (to service our overseas clients)
  • Able to read plans is highly regarded but not essential
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
