Experienced Machine Operators Wanted | Multiple Shifts | Jan 2026 Start
Location: Wacol, QLD
Pay Rate: $32.54 – $42.30 per hour + shift allowances
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (Permanent after just 3 months!)
Start Date: January 2026
Kick off 2026 with a secure opportunity at a leading Australian-owned food manufacturer with 40+ years of industry success. If you have experience operating machinery in a food production environment and want stability, great pay, and long-term career growth — this role is for you.

Shifts Available
Day Shift
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 4:00am – 12:00pm (first 2 hours paid at +12.5%)
Afternoon Shift
  • 12:00pm – 8:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Night Shift
  • 8:00pm – 4:00am
What We’re Looking For

  • Previous machine operation experience in food or beverage manufacturing
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
  • Physically capable of lifting up-to 25kg
  • Reliable, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and hygiene standards
