What you’ll do:
Be the face of Optus, delivering standout customer experiences powered by optimism, curiosity and genuine care.
Learn and build strong product knowledge across our mobile, broadband and tech solutions, sharing information in simple, helpful ways.
Understand customer needs by listening with empathy and providing personalised solutions that make their day.
Support customers through all types of enquiries, anything from general questions to complex challenges, through using calm communication and effective de‑escalation.
Work closely with your team to create a warm, welcoming, customer‑first environment where memorable moments happen.
Stay adaptable and proactive, supporting the store during high activity periods and helping ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
