Job Advertisement: Warehouse Supervisor with Sales Experience Preferred (Forklift Certification & Fluent English Required)

We are Kylin Sauna, a leading company specializing in high-quality sauna products designed to promote wellness and relaxation. With years of expertise in the industry, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and premium sauna solutions.

Kylin Sauna operates showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, showcasing our innovative sauna products to customers across Australia. We are currently looking to expand our Melbourne Lynbrook team by hiring a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor with Sales Experience Preferred. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations, assisting with sauna tours, and leveraging sales experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the Lynbrook warehouse.
  • Operate a forklift to load, unload, and organize inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse & showroom environment.
  • Coordinate packaging, shipping, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Sauna Tours & Sales:

  • Welcome and guide guests through the sauna facilities with warmth and professionalism.
  • Clearly explain sauna features, benefits, and usage in fluent English.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide expert product recommendations.
  • Utilize sales experience to promote sauna products and drive sales.
  • Ensure the sauna area remains clean and well-presented to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Certified forklift operator with practical, hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • Physically capable of performing warehouse duties.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
