Job Title: Bakery All Rounder (Casual / Part-Time)Location: Madeleines Bakery – Diamond Creek

About Us

Madeleines Bakery is a busy local bakery focused on quality products, quality baked goods, and friendly customer service. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Bakery All Rounder to join our growing team.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced bakery environment and is happy to support across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with friendly and professional service
  • Prepare coffees and hot drinks (barista experience preferred)
  • Prepare sandwiches, rolls, and light food items
  • Display and restock bakery products
  • Operate POS and handle payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Assist bakery and kitchen operations where required
  • Dishwashing and general cleaning duties
  • Receive deliveries and assist with stock rotation
  • Opening and closing procedures when required
