About the role
Yebo Technology Pty Ltd is looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to support the growth of our ergonomic furniture brand, Shappa.
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dandenong, Victoria. You will work closely with our team to create engaging social media content, build brand awareness and help communicate our products to the Australian market.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Create short-form videos, Reels, product photography and lifestyle content
- Write clear and engaging social media copy for Australian customers
- Develop content for product launches, promotions and brand campaigns
- Help turn product features into simple, relatable customer-focused content
- Manage comments, messages and community engagement
- Support influencer, creator and UGC outreach
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and website traffic
- Support broader digital marketing and eCommerce activities when required
About you
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Confident creating and editing short-form video content
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Strong written English
- Creative, organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable taking product photos and videos
- Good understanding of social media trends and Australian consumer behaviour
Highly regarded
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Analytics
- Experience with furniture, interiors, lifestyle, home, retail or eCommerce brands
- Photography or video production skills

Shappa is an Australian ergonomic furniture brand focused on ergonomic office chairs, standing desks and better workspace solutions. We are growing our presence in the Australian market and are looking for someone who wants to play a hands-on role in developing our social media and brand content.
