Full job description

XS Espresso is looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor to join our team.

As a Cafe Supervisor, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, leading the floor, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily café operations and service periods
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards
  • Assist with rosters, stock control, and opening/closing duties
  • Support the manager in achieving operational and sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a café or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for customer service, coffee, and hospitality
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
