About the role

The Senior Change Analyst will support the Portfolio Change Manager in delivering activities to fulfil the change strategy and plans, which may include impact analysis, communications, training, coaching, resistance management, stakeholder analysis, business readiness and adoption.
Location: Melbourne CBD based
Role type: 12 months Fixed term contract

In this role you will be responsible and accountable in:
  • Delivering and executing change activities to the project’s budget and timelines.
  • Completion and change management activities and required organisational change artefacts. Activities can include change impact assessments, developing change management strategies/plans, stakeholder engagement plans, communications strategies/plans, training strategies/plans, and handover/embedding plans.
  • Supporting the business to drive change management embedding activities.
  • Designing and/or implementing communications, training that is fit for purpose for the business teams.
  • Facilitating workshops and delivering briefing sessions to small and large audiences.
  • Preparing impacted teams to be ready for project delivery and ensuring adoption is executed.
  • Providing specialised advice and consultation on supporting business teams using Organisational Change Best Practice.
  • Identifying and driving discussions to resolve any project risk that effects Change deliverables and outcomes.

What You Bring:
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a senior change analyst role in a project delivery environment and working within a contact centre environment is desirable.
  • Experience in delivering project change across superannuation or finance industry preferable, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in the application of Change Management methodology (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independently and as a team member during times of ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels.
  • The ability to work autonomously by meeting own deadlines, managing priorities and adapting to moving timeframes.
  • The ability to scope and plan activities, identify gaps, risks and issues and mitigate them to ensure objectives will be met.
  • Exceptional analytical and attention to detail
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office/ Office 365 skills.
