Full job description

Walker’s Doughnuts is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant with Barista experience to join our team. Candidates with prior hospitality or coffee-making experience will be given first priority.

Job Duties:

  • Sales & Service: Selling of all Walker’s Doughnuts products to customers in a caring, skilful and enthusiastic manner.
  • Quality & Safety: Preparation of all Walker’s Doughnuts products to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Maintenance: Cleaning of all instore and external kiosk areas; care of Walker’s equipment as required and directed.
  • Upskilling: Learning and upskilling of product preparation, sales techniques, specials, and professional abilities.
  • Inventory Management: Re-stocking and replenishing of Walker’s Doughnut products and associated commodities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
