As a Macpac Retail Sales Advisor, your role is to help customers discover and enjoy the perfect Macpac products for their needs. You'll provide friendly, professional, and genuine advice while proudly representing the Macpac brand. Additionally, you'll assist with daily tasks to ensure the store remains inviting and operates smoothly.

A typical day

• Creating an in-store experience that inspires and empowers customers
• Sharing your product knowledge and experience to engage with customers
• Receipting, replenishing and merchandising
• Keeping up to date with current and new products in our range
• Working in a team to achieve goals and objectives together
