Full job description

Our team is growing, and we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is interested in building a long-term career in the real estate industry.

Whether you are just starting out or looking to transfer your customer service skills into a rewarding new career, we would love to hear from you.

We currently have opportunities available for a junior or senior applicant with a genuine interest in real estate. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a customer-focused role who is eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on industry experience.

This is a Monday to Friday position during standard business hours with hours varying for the right candidate.

About the Role

As part of our team, you may be involved in:

  • Managing incoming phone calls
  • General administration and data entry
  • Organising advertising and marketing
  • Assisting our sales and property management teams
  • Sales and Property Management support
  • General office duties

What We’re Looking For

The successful applicant will:

  • Be well presented and professional
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Have strong phone manners and face-to-face communication skills
  • Be highly organised and efficient
  • Have excellent computer skills
  • Demonstrate strong time management
  • Have an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
  • Hold a minimum P1 driver’s licence

Experience

Previous experience in any customer-based role is preferred. Most importantly, you will have determination, a strong customer focus, and the drive to succeed in a dynamic and rewarding industry.
