- Must have a Private home office space and High speed internet
- The ability to confidently multitask across multiple computer screens and platforms
- Previous experience in telehealth, medical administration, healthcare support or a similar patient-focused role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, families and healthcare professionals
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency using computer systems and electronic patient record software
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care and support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing administrative tasks
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability, particularly suited to casual work arrangements
