Your work matters at Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR), NSW Health
Be part of one of the biggest digital transformations in Australia’s public health history. The SDPR program is reshaping the way care is delivered across NSW - bringing patient information together into one safe, secure, connected system.
If you want your work to have real impact at scale, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare in NSW.
Join the Team
The Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program is transforming how care is delivered across NSW Health by creating a secure, integrated view of a patient's healthcare information, accessible to authorised clinicians and care teams across the state. This landmark initiative will connect health services, improve access to real-time patient information, and support safer, more coordinated care for the people of NSW.
As a Training Support Officer, you'll be part of the team responsible for enabling this transformation through the successful delivery of statewide training programs. You'll work closely with Training Leads, Local Health Districts and key stakeholders, coordinating training activities, supporting users through platforms such as My Health Learning and Microsoft Teams, managing training schedules and reporting, and ensuring healthcare staff have the skills and support needed to confidently adopt new digital ways of working. Your contribution will directly support the successful implementation of the SDPR program across NSW Health.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and manage training schedules, calendars, logistics and administrative activities to support the successful delivery of statewide training programs.
- Provide responsive support for training enquiries and build positive relationships with customers, stakeholders and training teams across NSW Health.
- Support Learning Management System administration, including training registrations, enrolments, attendance tracking and reporting through My Health Learning.
- Produce training reports and insights to help drive informed decision-making and support program delivery objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to enhance training administration and customer experience
