About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate care Support worker to provide high-level care for complex care client. This role involves delivering person-centered support, including assistance with daily living, personal care, behavior management, medication administration and clinical tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide High-quality, person-centered care tailored to client's complex needs.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility support and daily living activities.
  • support the client with social engagement and community participation.
  • follow individualized behavior support strategies.
  • work collaboratively with health care professionals and family members.
  • Maintain Accurate documentation and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum (Cert III or IV) Disability, individual support, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience in providing support to clients with complex medical and behavioral needs.
  • Knowledge of manual handling, PEG feeding, Tracheostomy care or the complex care Task.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • NDIS workers screening check
  • Working with children check.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
