Care Worker / Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Join The Richardson Aged Care and provide compassionate, hands-on support to elderly residents in a premium aged care environment in West Perth.

About the Company

The Richardson Aged Care delivers high-quality residential aged care focused on comfort, dignity, wellbeing, and personalised support for residents.

What You’ll Do?

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
  • Support mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing
  • Support social activities and engagement programs
  • Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
  • Work closely with nurses and care teams
  • Document resident care and observations
  • Support dementia and palliative care residents when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (preferred/required)
  • Experience in aged care or healthcare support
  • Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to assist with physical care tasks
  • Understanding of dementia care and infection control
  • Police clearance and vaccinations may be required
