What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Assistant at WHSmith, you will be responsible for:

Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Processing purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Replenishing stock, merchandise displays, and ensuring the store is clean and well presented.
Assisting customers with product enquiries and offering recommendations.

As a Stockroom Team Member at WHSmith, you will be responsible for:

Stock replenishment - moving stock from stock rooms to various stores.
Action promotional and general merchandising.
Working in a team to ensure the store is always presentable and fully stocked for our customers.
Working across a range of WHSmith stores at Melbourne Airport.
Ensuring safety across all elements of your role.

*Please note that this role requires heavy lifting*

As a Cafe All Rounder at WHSmith, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and serving food and beverages to cafe standards.
Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm and professional manner.
Operating the POS system and handling transactions accurately.
Restocking supplies and ensuring front-of-house is always well presented.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the cafe.
Handling both cash and card payments efficiently.
