Are you a high-performing salesperson with a passion for technology?

Myfone Repairs is looking for motivated Retail Salespeople and Phone Repair Technicians to join our growing team across western suburbs.

About Us:
We’re one of Victoria’s largest phone repair networks, known for quality repairs, great service and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for confident people who can connect with customers, create sales opportunities and achieve strong results. Experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Approach and assist customers confidently
  • Recommend suitable products and repair services
  • Upsell and cross-sell mobile accessories
  • Work towards individual and store sales targets
  • Provide advice about phones, repairs and technology products
  • Diagnose faults and complete mobile phone repairs
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Keep the store clean, organised and well presented

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
  • Strong sales skills and a target-driven mindset
  • Confidence approaching and communicating with customers
  • Some mobile phone repair experience
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • A strong interest in technology
  • A reliable, energetic and positive attitude
  • Availability to work shopping-centre hours, including weekends
