About the Role

You'll build and manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload, delivering high-quality care while developing strong clinical reasoning and achieving meaningful client outcomes with ongoing support.

Your Work Will Include

• In-clinic musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Home visits across Adelaide metro
• Falls & balance classes
• Hydrotherapy and gym-based rehabilitation
• Clinical documentation and report writing
• Supporting clients with equipment and mobility aid coordination
• Contributing to smooth clinic operations and a high-quality client experience

Your Development Pathway

You’ll begin with a structured accelerated development phase, working closely with the Principal Physiotherapist to fast-track your clinical skills.

• Observe and discuss client consultations, including complex cases
• Learn how experienced clinicians assess, reason, and make decisions
• Develop practical hands-on skills to effectively assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions
• Build confidence in treatment planning and clinical reasoning
• Receive direct feedback to improve quickly

You'll then transition into a strong, ready-to-go caseload, with continued mentoring and support.

• 1–3 years experience OR a strong new graduate
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration required
