THE ROLE
Reporting to the Program Coordinator, Child Protection Leadership Development team, the Learning Support Officer provides administration support functions to the Child Protection Leadership Development team, including responsibility for maintaining training course registration databases, providing a high level of customer service to enquiries and undertaking purchasing and payment processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Provide administration support functions to the Child Protection Leadership Development team
- Maintain training course registration databases for all our leadership programs
- Undertake purchasing and payment processes
