Program Officer – VPS3 – Ongoing / Part time (in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

What you’ll do
In this role, you will support the effective delivery of corporate operations across the Victorian Public Sector Commission by providing high-quality administrative, operational and coordination support. You will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Commission through administration, facilities and office coordination, security coordination, accounts payable and receivable support, records management, and general business support activities. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external service providers, you will help deliver efficient, consistent and responsive corporate services in a dynamic environment.
Who we’re looking for
This role is well suited to someone who is proactive, adaptable, client-focused and enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment. We are looking for someone with previous experience issuing devices such as laptops, assisting staff with low-level IT issues, and supporting new starters to log in and get set up for work. Strong problem-solving skills, a practical approach and confidence in providing day-to-day support to staff will be highly valued. As this role coordinates the Commission’s facilities and security, it is required to work in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
