Your Impact, With Us
As our valued Senior Medical Secretary, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care and operational efficiency across our busy Coffs Harbour/Mid North Coast clinic. This role plays a crucial part in supporting a dynamic team culture, improving patient care outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do:
  • Support a dynamic and kind team culture where individuals inspire each other to continuously deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes
  • Oversee and assist with daily operations of the front desk, including general reception and administrative services
  • Manage diaries effectively and proactively, incorporating consultation and testing appointments
  • Manage the financial requirements of the site efficiently, including daily reconciliation, billing, banking, and month-end processes
  • Actively support all team members
Who you are:
  • Proven ability to deliver superior patient care and stakeholder customer service
  • Strong Medical Secretary experience, inspiring confidence and aligning with organisational values
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at solving complex problems, to ensure task completion.
