Full-time position based in Toowoomba

Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) is the new program replacing Disability Employment Services (DES) and introduces a more inclusive future where people with a disability as well as those with injury or health condition can get support to prepare for, find and maintain meaningful work, and grow their career.

About the Role....

• Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment
• Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets
• Build employer and community networks
• Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support
• Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations
• Maintain accurate records and program compliance.

About You.....
We require someone with:

• Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain)
• Strong customer service, admin, and communication skills
• Team player with good time management
• Target-driven and adaptable
• Current driver’s licence and local travel required.
