About your role

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our make-to-order manufacturing operation, where you’ll take ownership of production planning from order through to delivery. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly — building achievable schedules, managing risk, and ensuring DIFOT targets are consistently met.

You’ll join a close-knit, on-site team of 4, with flexibility around start and finish times to support work-life balance, whilst being required on site 5 days per week.

What’s on offer

  • Competitive salary with bonus opportunity
  • Site-based role where you’re close to the action
  • Stable full-time role with strong career development opportunities
  • Recognition program offering monthly incentives & a range of health and wellness benefits and discounts
  • Flexible start time and a varied role where no two days are the same

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules to maximise capacity and meet customer delivery timelines
  • Issue and maintain short-term production plans (weekly locked plan + forward schedule)
  • Monitor DIFOT performance and drive actions to address any service gaps
  • Identify and resolve raw material constraints in collaboration with Purchasing and Operations
  • Partner with Production, Quality and Planning teams to ensure alignment to the schedule
  • Maintain accurate planning data and system parameters within ERP (SAP)
  • Monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support ERP optimisation and contribute to process improvements across planning and operations

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in production planning/scheduling within manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning, MRP/ERP systems (SAP highly regarded)
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
  • Confident working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Solutions-focused, with the ability to resolve operational issues and make decisions under pressure
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement across the supply chain
  • Experience in a regulated (TGA) environment is highly regarded, but not essential
