Clerk Grade 11/12, base salary $149,739 – $173,174 + per annum plus superannuation

About the Role
As the Manager, Executive Operations and Support, you will lead the coordination and delivery of strategic and operational activities that enable effective decision-making and performance across Fair Trading. You will manage divisional governance, executive support functions, and key business priorities, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory outcomes.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Lead executive coordination and divisional operations to support effective governance, communication and performance monitoring.
- Manage planning, reporting, and stakeholder liaison to ensure alignment of divisional activities with strategic goals.
- Prepare and oversee high-quality briefings, correspondence, and advice for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic advice to executives and oversee delivery of key business initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on operational excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About the Team
This role sits within the Office of the Executive Director at NSW Fair Trading. The team supports the leadership group through executive coordination, communication, and operational oversight. It ensures effective governance and performance across programs, facilitating alignment between divisional priorities and organisational strategy.
About You
We are seeking an organized, strategic and results-driven professional who:
- Has experience managing executive coordination, enterprise initiatives or providing operational oversight in complex organisations.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Leads with integrity and fosters a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Holds relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
