Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams or projects, ensuring successful outcomes that are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in delivery practices. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of workstreams or projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop and manage delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams.

  • Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery performance and outcomes.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting mechanisms, and cadence to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Proactively identify delivery risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Support resource planning, onboarding, and capacity management across delivery teams to ensure optimal performance.

  • Track progress against milestones and provide clear, concise status updates to senior stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, ways of working, and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or similar roles.

  • Proven experience in delivering technology or transformation initiatives.

  • Strong ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

  • In-depth understanding of delivery governance, reporting, and risk management practices.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
