In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering property outcomes for government infrastructure projects.

This role will see you provide administrative support across resource and utilisation planning, utility bills payments, project property reporting, forecasting, records management, stakeholder coordination, and property acquisition processes, while building valuable experience in property, infrastructure and government land access functions.

You will support the delivery of property activities, reporting and operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities, statutory requirements, contractual deadlines and sensitive stakeholder interactions.

Please note this is a permanent opportunity. This role is based at Macquarie Park. The team currently enjoy a workplace presence that includes attending George St Sydney or 4 Parramatta Square on Tuesday; Macquarie Park on Wednesday. An additional office day is typically Thursday.

About you

Your administration, reporting, data management and stakeholder engagement skills formed across property, infrastructure, government, project administration or related environments will see you excel in coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and forecasting requirements, and delivering quality outcomes within required timeframes.

You’re recognised as a detail-oriented and collaborative team player, skilled at managing data, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining systems and building positive stakeholder relationships, experienced in administrative support, financial and invoice processing, document management and working with business systems and reporting tools.

Ideally, you will have some knowledge of government property acquisition, administration or related processes, along with the ability to learn and apply knowledge of statutory requirements, and delivery of government infrastructure projects. Experience using reporting, forecasting and resource-planning systems, GIS mapping tools, dashboard, and data visualisation techniques will be highly regarded.

You are resourceful, proactive and people-focused, with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to contribute within a collaborative, supportive and highly engaged team environment that provides excellent development opportunities and a strong foundation for a career in property and infrastructure.
