  • Ongoing, full-time role earning $100,894 - $114,476 per year, plus super.

What you will do

As project officer, you will support planning and project work across infrastructure, property and accommodation.

You will help deliver projects, prepare advice and support sound decision-making across the department.

You will:

  • support strategic asset and infrastructure planning activities
  • assist with governance, reporting and project coordination
  • prepare clear briefings, presentations and correspondence
  • provide practical advice to support project delivery and planning
  • contribute to long-term infrastructure initiatives and policy development.

About you

Relevant qualifications in project management, asset management, governance or a related field are highly desirable. Practical experience in construction projects or asset management is also highly regarded.

You should also have:

  • knowledge of strategic planning, asset planning and infrastructure planning
  • understanding of project management principles and project delivery within government
  • experience preparing governance documentation, advice and project materials
  • strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
