Key Role and responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day project coordination activities.
- Organize project meetings, workshops, training sessions, showcases, and stakeholder forums.
- Maintain project registers, including risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and actions.
- Support preparation of status reports, SteerCo packs, governance papers, and project dashboards
- Support development and maintenance of project schedules and milestone tracking
